The 8 tests were:
*12 minute walk/ run *Core strength (crunches) *Wall Squat *Burst Test (vertical jump) *Push-ups *Hip Flexibility *Pull-ups *Trunk Flexibility (standing twist)
The goal was to pass the recommended distance/ time/ # for your age group. It was absolutely incredible how many of our members excelled way beyond the norms. Your performances were astounding.
